New Look recognized the potential for empowering underprivileged communities through skill development and sustainable employment opportunities. IVillage, located in an economically disadvantaged area, lacked access to stable jobs and faced numerous challenges related to poverty and lack of resources. To address these issues, Newlook took on the responsibility of creating a production center in IVillage
